Jade has over 16 years of experience in real estate, including leadership roles in planning, project management, and strategy for mission-driven organizations. Through her consulting work, she has supported leadership transitions, operational improvements, and real estate project management.

Jade was previously the Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Uncommon Schools, where she oversaw a portfolio of 14 campuses in New Jersey and managed construction and renovation projects ranging from $200K to $38M. She introduced and implemented a new in-house facilities management structure, improving operations across 960K square feet of educational space. Before her work in New Jersey, she managed projects in Upstate New York and Brooklyn, ensuring facilities were delivered on time, on budget, and ready to support student success. Earlier in her career, as a Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE in New York City, she advised clients such as NBCUniversal, L’Oréal, and Teach For America on headquarters transactions and portfolio strategies.

Jade holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, where she was a Quill and Dagger Honor Society member and a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar. She is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson and a Founding Trustee of The Maplewood Foundation. Drawing on her hospitality background, Jade brings a service-minded approach to creating spaces that align with organizations' missions and goals.
